The Iowa River Landing will serve as a multi-purpose facility for the University of Iowa and the community of Coralville. The Arena will support the requirements of the Iowa Club Hockey Team and the University of Iowa Women's Volleyball team with a seating capacity of 5,100. Theses facilities can also transform to host multiple athletic events like wrestling, basketball, and concerts. In addition to theses facilities, the Iowa River Landing will also house five basketball courts and turf spaces. The lower level of the arena will be occupied by The Johnson County Historical Society, Hawkeye Modle Railroad Club, and Antique Car museum in addition to mixed-use retail space. Table 1 highlights the square footage of spaces based on their function.
